    A 45 minute, exhilarating, full-body Reformer Pilates Class utilizing the jump  board to build core strength, lower-body power, & cardiovascular endurance!  This class will enhance the mind-body experience, improving focus, balance,  coordination, & control through dynamic movements & jumping sequences.

    Strengthen & align your body with this 45 minute, all levels flow class! This  class is geared toward building muscle at a comfortable pace, with a focus on  overall body strength & flexibility. This class is recommended for beginners, yet all levels are welcome to join, as well as guests who may be pre-natal or  post-natal.

    Come move and jump with us! This jump board class is a cardio-focused class  that will get your heart rate safely above 120 bpm for 30 minutes, the  recommended heart rate and time for weight loss. Challenge your legs and  core with 15 minutes of stretching & 15 minutes of cardio intervals, all while  using the Reformer jump board! This class is run with a group mindset, as we  converse and play games while we move through our HIITs.
